I’m Joshua. I like finding the connection between how a business works and what a useful system could make possible.
My experience spans education services, ecommerce and logistics. I’ve built Airtable pipelines in an employed operations role and developed stock-management logic during a fixed-term role at NMN Bio. Alongside that work, I build independent websites, software tools and integration projects.
I bring curiosity, practical judgement and a willingness to work through the details—from the first process map to the interface, documentation and handover.
